General Board Meetings / VIRTUAL / mondays 6:30 - 8PM

Our board of 10 officially meets 4 times a year, but we often hold special sessions, committee activities and visits with funders and community leaders. Our board is amazing. It is representative of our partner communities and artistic disciplines. Our board is cooperative and some of our greatest advocates of storytelling.

Executive Committee meetings / virtual / Mondays 6:30 - 7:30PM

In Progress’s executive committee will meet to prepare for the 1st quarter board meetings and review the legal and financial requirements of operating the organization in FY25. The executive committee consists of Sai Thao, Jeremy Gardner, Jacylynn Jones, Hlee Lee-Kron, Bienvenida Matias and Eemanna Rivers and are supported by Kristine Sorensen who oversees the day to day operations of the organization.

Finance Committee meetings / In Person - Studio 213 / Mondays 6:30 - 7:30PM

In Progress’s finance committee will meet to prepare financial statements for the 4th quarter board meeting. The finance committee consists of Jacylynn Jones, Hlee Lee-Kron, and Eemanna Rivers and are supported by Kristine Sorensen who oversees the day to day financials.

In Progress contract staff have an opportunity to gather over a light dinner, ask questions, and exchanged ideas regarding how we can deepen the work we do in supporting artists and their stories.
