Waterer
Now retired from the work world, Della Rootues-is a full time artist, poet, writer and developing multimedia artist. She has faced serious health issues and is now in recovery. She is a waterer to others who are in need to obtain their basic needs and some of their desires. She encourages activation of their healing and a resilience process, so that they can become self-sufficient and pay it forward.
When her well is dry she rests to focus primarily on her well-being, until she is able to give of herself again. Della is 65 years old and continues to live a full and productive life. She humbly values being a waterer as one of her greatest attributes, artist talents, gifts, and powers of blessings from God.

Living close to water grounds me, to see it, hear it, smell it, and feel it. It quenches my thirst for living. I love, appreciate and need living water in excess; it is to be protected as life’s greatest asset that’s always giving.
