Jack Vang is a dedicated photographer and filmmaker based in Minnesota, known for his passion for visual storytelling and his commitment to uplifting his community. His journey into media began in 2012 when he joined a local media camp program, where he first learned essential skills in photography, filmmaking, and editing. This early experience sparked a lifelong dedication to the craft, laying the groundwork for his professional and artistic development.

As he honed his skills over the years, Jack co-founded HAIB, a Hmong-American content-creating collective focused on producing authentic, culturally resonant media. Through HAIB, he has collaborated with fellow artists to tell meaningful stories that celebrate Hmong identity, challenge stereotypes, and connect generations. Jack’s work reflects both technical expertise and a deep understanding of cultural nuance, combining artistry with advocacy in each project he undertakes.

Above all, Jack is committed to using his creative vision to inspire and empower the next generation.
